This 14-story building resonates with a calm yet strong presence, characteristics of the ideals of the financial service company that calls it home.

It was conceptualized to utilize “green” sustainable building practices, which aim to improve energy conservation, indoor air quality and resource efficiency.

Thus, its design incorporates construction and operational practices that combine healthy, high-quality and high-performance advantages with reduced environmental impacts, all in according with the requirements of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Core (LEED), thus leading to its LEED-CS Gold certification.
