Annette assumed Managing Partner responsibilities at the start of 2016 and immediately introduced management policies and initiatives to expand the firm’s presence in the real estate development industry.
Like her esteemed predecessors in this role and true to the vision of Ar. Gabriel P. Formoso, she is intently focused on close collaboration with clients and remains involved in every phase of the design process.
A hands-on and details-oriented manager, she leads team members by example. She has left her own aesthetic mark throughout her extensive career mostly involving lifestyle projects such as avant-garde residential and office condominium buildings, mixed-use developments, shopping and entertainment centers, and leisure resorts.
For her distinguished and outstanding contributions to the local architectural industry, she was admitted to the United Architects of the Philippines College of Fellows in 2013. She is a registered APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) and ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) architect. Annette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas.

Bing’s passion for drawing and illustration led him to pursue a career in architecture, where he also found his calling as an effective people-manager and administrator in the context of a large firm such as GFP.
In his 32 years of experience, he has specialized in project management, project documentation and site implementation covering residential and office condominiums to malls and casinos, as well as prestigious embassy offices.
His adeptness in project management has contributed greatly to the firm’s many awards, recognitions and citations. His active involvement as a board of director in his local United Architects of the Philippines chapter has earned him a fellowship in the premier industry organization.
Xavier obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Mapua Institute of Technology.

With 25 years of professional experience, Arni’s commitment to GFP’s clients is rivaled only by his passion for architecture, allowing him to transform his creative and innovative ideas into a visual masterpiece.
Achieving a balance among several aspects of a project is one of his key strengths, seeing to it that all requirements of a client are met—from the level of aesthetic design and on-time project schedule, to cost-efficient means by which to achieve these.
Thus, his fields of specialization are design development, project coordination and project implementation.
He was inducted as a fellow of the United Architects of the Philippines in 2011 and is a Certified Berde Professional.
Arnulfo obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Adamson University.
